 This is what i expect from the ‘perfect’ train trip… but this shouldn’t be ‘perfect’ this should just be what we expect in the system we have. But REALLY we shouldn’t have to rely on anyone and it should all just be step free. Unfortunately these sorts of experiences are SO rare, they do happen but very very rarely!
