This is introduction : How to insert pages number in excel
1- Go to Insert Menu
2- Click on Header & Footer
3- On the footer, Click on middle left or right footer
4- Click on Design Menu
5- You can choosing as below :
- Click on Page Number or Typing "&[Page]" If you would like to show only page number
- Click On Number of pages if you would like to see all page number or Typing "&[Pages]"
- If you would like to show like this ( 1 of 9), Please Typing "&[Page] of &[Pages]"
- if you would like to show like this ( Page 1 of Page 9), Please Typing "Page &[Page] of Page &[Pages]"
6- Done
In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to insert page numbers in Excel worksheets. If you want to insert page numbers in all the pages of a worksheet, using the page layout view is the fastest way to do it.
