A gathering of children on vacation in Cornwall meet an enchanted animal on the sea shore with the ability to give wishes.

The film had a decent story to it, appeared to be adorable, however I was unable to try and make it to the furthest limit of it with one of the characters being such an abominable crazy character. What's more, the mother of, "Crush" AKA Samantha had no nurturing ethics by any stretch of the imagination. Because she was a single parent, doesn't mean her kids should have been such pricks.
